Resolve high-stakes decisions where the answer isn’t obvious

- a city to move to
- a relationship to stay in or leave
A practical guide to deliberate thinking as a discipline in plain English. Self-serve and lean by design.
Every other foundational skill has a curriculum: reading, math, languages, music, sport. Thinking – the one skill that runs every decision in your life – has none. Nobody taught you how to think. So you run your life on instinct, mood, and someone else’s opinion. Life is not easy already – automatic thinking makes it much harder. This guide is the alternative.
The guide is built in layers: Foundation → Principles → Frameworks + exercises throughout.
The frameworks at the core of this guide are adapted from Oleksiy Arestovych’s Art of Thinking series at Apeiron school. The foundation chapters, the integration, the principle articulations, and the exercises are my own. If you read Russian, study the source directly.
